What is the return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Jewelry must be returned in its original, pristine condition. All packaging, including boxes and bags, should be intact and undamaged. Items must be new and unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging for your return.

To help reduce CO₂ emissions and waste, we currently do not offer free returns.

Which refund methods are available?

We have different options regarding refunds:

Refund to Original Payment Method – Receive the amount back to your original payment method.
Store Credit with 10% Bonus – Enjoy a 10% additional store credit for future purchases! (Our gift cards never expire.)

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days, provided that the items are returned in their original condition.

Can I exchange my product?

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

How can I return my order?

Follow these steps to return an item:

Click here and log in with the email used for your purchase.
Choose the item(s) you want to return and select a reason for each item. This will help us improve our products and services!
Select your preferred refund method.
Once submitted, our team will review your return request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s approved, along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Package your item(s) securely and use the provided return label (if applicable) or your preferred shipping method. Be sure to save your tracking information!
After receiving and reviewing your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund or store credit is applied.
