Returns
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Click here and log in with the email used for your purchase.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and select a reason for each item. This will help us improve our products and services!
- Select your preferred refund method. You can:
- Refund to Original Payment Method – receive the amount back to your original payment method.
- Store Credit with 10% Bonus – enjoy a 10% additional store credit for future purchases! (Our gift cards never expire.)
- Once submitted, our team will review your return request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s approved, along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Package your item(s) securely and use the provided return label (if applicable) or your preferred shipping method. Be sure to save your tracking information!
- After receiving and reviewing your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund or store credit is applied.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Jewelry must be returned in its original, pristine condition. All packaging, including boxes and bags, should be intact and undamaged. Items must be new and unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging for your return.
To help reduce CO₂ emissions and waste, we currently do not offer free returns.
We have different options regarding refunds:

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days, provided that the items are returned in their original condition.
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

We ship exclusively within Europe.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands via DHL. Orders placed before 23:59 CET will be shipped the next business day. Estimated delivery times vary by country:

Currently, we only offer standard shipping, but we are working on adding faster delivery options in the future.
Yes, we offer free shipping within Europe for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes, all our jewelry is crafted with materials that are free from nickel. We use 925 Sterling Silver as the base metal of all our designs, 18K Gold plating, and Rhodium plating, which are all gentle on sensitive skin and hypoallergenic. We prioritize quality and safety.
Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials: 925 Sterling Silver as the base metal, 18K gold and rhodium plating, Premium cubic zirconia 5A & 8A, Moissanite and Shell pearls. Each piece is designed to be durable while maintaining an elegant appearance.
We choose Sterling Silver as our base material because it offers significantly greater durability than pure silver. The 100% silver is naturally soft and prone to bending over time while Sterling Silver ensures your jewelry remains strong and maintains its shape for years to come.
You can identify Sterling Silver by the stamp “925” (our gold plated finishing also has this stamp as it is Sterling Silver coated with a thick gold 18K layer).

To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
But who can resist these essentials? Just be sure to apply them and let them dry completely before putting on your jewelry, so you can step out in style without worry.
Gently wipe with a soft cloth after each use and store it in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches (You will receive the box, pouch and wipe, as a gift with your order!).
Remember:
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
