Start your return through our online return portal using the email address from your order. Select the item and refund method, then follow the instructions you receive by email. Please keep your return tracking information until your refund is complete.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping is not complimentary; the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit with a 10% bonus. Roberta Amsterdam gift cards do not expire.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it has been completed.

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Yes. Every product purchased through robertaamsterdam.com includes a two-year commercial warranty against manufacturing faults, starting on the date of delivery. This warranty is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory consumer rights, which may apply for longer. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, email info@robertaamsterdam.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will assess the issue and arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include a repair or replacement. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing faults.

We ship throughout Europe and to the United States from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Yes. Every order arrives in our signature Roberta Amsterdam packaging, designed to feel special whether it is a gift for someone else or for you. If it is a gift, leave us a note in the cart and we will include a gift bag and a blank card for you to write a message.

No. Ear cuffs sit around the outer edge of the ear, so no piercing is needed.

Slide the cuff onto the thinnest part of your ear, then gently rotate it into the position you like. It should feel secure without pinching. Avoid forcing the cuff open or closed.

When positioned correctly, your ear cuff should feel secure and stay in place without pinching. Slide it on at the thinnest part of your ear, then rotate it toward a slightly thicker area and gently check that it feels secure. If it feels loose, try a slightly different position. For Chloe, press gently until the hinged closure clicks. Avoid repeatedly bending an open cuff.

Yes. Every Roberta Amsterdam jewelry design is nickel-free and made with comfortable wear in mind.

Our core material is 925 sterling silver, used across almost the entire collection and finished with rhodium or 18K gold plating, depending on the design. Every piece is nickel-free and made to be worn again and again.
