What materials are used?
Our core material is 925 sterling silver, used across almost the entire collection and finished with rhodium or 18K gold plating, depending on the design. For the materials of this particular piece, check its Details and Quality sections above.
Can I shower or swim while wearing my jewelry?
To keep the finish and sparkle looking their best, remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid chlorine, salt water and harsh chemicals. An occasional splash is nothing to worry about—simply dry the piece gently with a soft cloth.
Where do you ship from, and is shipping free?
Orders ship from the Netherlands. Express shipping within the European Union is free on orders from €150. Below €150, the available shipping rate is shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates depend on the destination.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility, condition and hygiene-seal requirements apply. Please read our Return Policy for the full conditions, return costs and instructions.
Does my order arrive ready to gift?
Yes. Every order arrives in our signature Roberta Amsterdam packaging, designed to feel special whether it is a gift for someone else or for you. If it is a gift, leave a note in the cart and we will include a gift bag and a blank card for your message.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product purchased through robertaamsterdam.com includes a two-year commercial warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Normal wear, accidental damage and improper care are not manufacturing faults.
